Dr. Lance Feller is a board-certified rheumatologist with rare dual fellowship training in both adult and pediatric rheumatology — a distinction that uniquely positions him to care for patients across the full spectrum of rheumatic disease. He has a particular interest in adults living with conditions that began in childhood, and in helping adolescents navigate the transition from pediatric to adult rheumatologic care. Dr. Feller specializes in the diagnosis and management of juvenile idiopathic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, inflammatory arthritis, and complex autoimmune conditions in both adult and pediatric populations. He is experienced in biologic therapies and advanced disease-modifying treatment strategies.
