Lumbar Disc Degenerative Disease/Chronic Low Back Pain. Conquest is seeking volunteers for a lumbar degenerative disc disease trial that is evaluating medication designed for the treatment of lumbar degenerative disc disease (LDDD) or chronic low back pain (CLBP). This is a Phase 3 Multicenter Study that is randomized, and double-blind, to evaluate the efficacy of the SB-01 injection.

Eligibility: This study seeks participants who are at least 18 years of age, who have had chronic low back pain for more than 6 months, or who are experiencing back pain that is greater than their leg pain.
